You can pre-order meals from a massive selection of different food merchants. As long as its within a 10km radius! The delivery starts from RM5 and up! Or free occasionally!

The GrabRewards loyalty programme keeps users coming back! Although the high services rates (up to 30%) can deter some users!

And if you ever need anything from their customer support, the response is quick!

Did you know that Foodpanda started before Grab Food? They too, have a sizeable delivery fleet and have been operating for almost a decade, at this point!

However, their service fees (per order) can be just as high. Although delivery is free for orders above RM25. You can opt to pick the food up yourself too.

If you order from Foodpanda frequently, prices can add up (more than dining out)! And not all their drivers are polite or punctual!

If not for the lack of a tracking system, this is a promising wide-coverage food delivery service in Malaysia (Klang Valley and Penang at the moment) that includes fresh food delivery!

They do have one of the lowest service rates at the moment (flat rates or 10% service fee).

Payment methods include cash on delivery (COD), online banking, and credit card. If you use Touch N’ Go, delivery is free! There is a reward system in place for members too.

They have a generous delivery radius of 30 to 500km. However, this does is affected by the availability of its drivers in the respective area.

Unlike other food delivery services in Malaysia, you do not necessarily have to pick food merchants that in their app (these are mainly Muslim-friendly options too)!

Choices of food tend to be from local establishments (and predominantly Chinese) so watch out for those delivery fees!
